At Styles Shop, we strive to deliver quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

Returns are not available on any products unless there is a genuine issue such as:

• Damaged product
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items in the parcel

2. Parcel Opening Video (Compulsory)

All customers are requested to record a complete parcel opening video when receiving the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed parcel before opening
• The entire opening process
• The product inside the parcel

This video is required as proof in case of any issue.

3. Invalid Claims

Exchange or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the opening video is not provided
• If the video is incomplete or edited
• If the parcel was opened before recording the video
• If the product issue is not clearly visible in the video

Half or incomplete videos will not be accepted for claims.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only on selected products.

5. Exchange Process

If a valid issue is verified through the opening video, our support team will assist you with:

• Product exchange, or
• Replacement
